The internet is constantly slow and about half the time it doesn’t even work. I am not impressed. This is the 20th century and it’s worse than dial-up.
Awful, just awful! Long periods of time where service is so slow it is almost completely unuseable. Spend the extra money elsewhere to get internet that is actually useful.

I originally had problems with service dropping, slow connection but that was years ago. They have really upped their service. At least in the Madison Valley where we are. Technical services always call back even if it is a weekend.
Internet service is much faster than our previous service, and for a pretty good price! So far no complaints

Summer 2020 has had regular outages, and more recently the problems are nightly and verified by the surround community. The company does not proactively communicate outages or issues but has no problem proactively communicating your monthly bill.
