The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They will interrupt your conversation on the phone, and harass your family at home. Duke energy in all its horrible customer service has never done that. When will Duke buy out WREC?
Been without power for three days now. Several different trucks came into the area. They refused to answer as multiple people asked them when power would return. Today all they would do is smile and wave and if you approached them, would drive away.
While living in Pasco County briefly. WREC, Inc., this cooperative electric company has mailed me “Capital Credit” checks. The electric co-ops in this area don’t do the same. Interesting, I wonder why!? Just a rhetorical question.
