Purchased home in Lincoln Village West and contacted association to see about current rules and guidelines for making changes. Diane responded to my call within an hour or two. Very helpful with sending the change form to me and letting me know about the guidelines for making changes.
The painters did a fine job. We have only two concerns to share. At times we were concerned that they not all were wearing face masks for their own safety and for others walking by them. Also, they didn’t always thoroughly clean up at the end of each day.
I no longer own the home. But they continue to send me HOA billing statements with late fees added. When I try to call and get this managed, I either get hung up on or sent to someones voicemail. I imagine the new owners are also paying. What a way to make money. Just double charge EVERYONE and then duck & dive!
If I could give no stars I would. Associa of Northern California is non responsive to our association. So many requests and no responses, crickets. I would suggest you don’t hire them for anything.
