  21. Was here for a pulmonary embolism in June 2015. Got my records online and it showed several medications that they were charging me for, that I hadn’t take/recieved.   66. My husband came in by ambulance on 12-11-2021 with a broken shoulder around 8 PM. We had to ask several times to be discharged. Xrays were taken, blood was drawn 3 separate times all before 9 pm and all that was done was one shot of Morphine and a sling. We were finally discharged around 1:30 am.

  133. I exercise on the order of Dr Mangla, cardiologist, in the Woodland Heights cardiac rehab center. The personnel there are extremely friendly and helpful monitoring heart rate, oxygen and blood pressure while exercise is going on and after it’s over. My exercise helps me strengthen circulation in my legs.
