Continue to have a very poor experience working with Woodlawn Utility. Incompetent management, antiquated business model. ANY competition in this area and they would be gone.
What a joke!! Very unhappy to see customers come in the building. Maybe some younger staff would be helpful or even some one who smiles would make the experience a tad bit more enjoyable
Water is due on the 10th every month, if I do ever receive a bill.. It’s on the 8th or 9th. Charged extra for using a debit card, business hours are during a normal person’s work. It’s absolutely ridiculous
Argued with them for two days over the amount owed for returned/canceled check…of course they were wrong. So to make up for it they threatened to turn my water off for me being upset about having to take off work to physically hand them the money. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT
I would give them a zero if I could. If you forget to pay a bill ten days later you water gets shut off, no warning or anything…customer service for this $#!t of a “utilities company” is horrible. If you must do business with them just keep in mind that you as the customer have no rights with this company.
People are rude. I got there as soon as they opened to pay the bill. Only time I could because their open hours are when im working. They charged me the $50 to get the water shut back on when it was never shut off. And they told me it was …
I have never had a problem with them. And to the one who says they cut your water off after 10 days that’s not right. They send you out a notice with a new bill in red and you have up to the 20th of each month to pay your bill. When ever I …
Deserve a negative five stars. Still operating the organization as if it were 1972. Customer service is horrible. Charge a service fee for every method of payment, including delivering cash to their office. They mailed a bill to me late …
Up until this point I have had no issues. My tennents have had issues but when I was living there, I had no concerns. My tenents moved out and I paid the final bills to get everything back up to speed and get another renter in. …
Was forced (not by choice mind you) to have my water utilities switched to them. Yes they need to update their offices and website for sure however the real issue is why the water they are providing me cost twice as much as my previous …
The personnel in actual office are good people. They try to help but are restricted by the antiquated policies and horrible internet support services. The utility doesn’t support the military members. They act as we have some control over …
First thing on a Monday morning, a worker was at our door to let us know that we were “leaking water”. The department noticed a steady usage of 10 gallons an hour through the night. He instructed me on what to check & how to check it. After …
The way you people run a business is sickening. Steer clear if you can!
Always have been kind and professional to me.
You raise the rates to pay for upgrades, then you use a company that charges 10% base bill to service an online payment. You people suck
Water has been shut off twice in our neighborhood for hours and we never even received a notice.
They charge what they want. The bills and numbers are completely arbitrary. The county needs to fix this asap.
