Woodmen Hills Metropolitan District Reviews ( 19 )

  1. I think its ridiculous the price you pay for water out here I bought my son a little pool and I’m sure the price of water will go up on my bill not to mention having to pay for a Rec center that I don’t use at all wish I never would have moved here.

  2. Why are we being charged for the rec centers when we haven’t been able to access them . It’s cause you guys need to pay people well that’s not woodmen hills residents issue well why don’t you guys get a real job that’s considered essential or file for unemployment like the rest of them.

  3. Very helpful folks when I called to ask about payment on my initial water bill that was missed after our move-in. Very polite over the phone and responsive to my request. Kim was VERY helpful.

  4. Don’t live here! My water bill is constantly climbing even in winter months – $172 right now!!! They will rob you and you will be obligated to pay for the worst recreation center ever – it’s included with the water! I would have never moved here had I known! They are thieves!

  5. These people suck! They will turn off your water, charge you a fine but won’t knock before doing so to avoid the fine. When you call them they say, “we don’t knock, people have pulled guns on our techs” 🙄. So one call,.. then turned off. …

  6. Very friendly front office. The billing lady is very rude and disrespectful. Unable to talk to or handle issues concerning your bill. Told me I was responsible for that previous owner that lived in my house and all the late fee.

  7. Facility are ok, wish they just had 1 large centralized recreation center. Would be nice if everything could be handle in one location keys, cards and administrative paperwork. Staff is friendly. Con, signing up for auto pay is a hassle. …

  8. Definitely would not have a bought a house here if I knew the water rates and recreation fees were so high. And they keep increasing with no added benefits. The recreation centers are bad (the indoor pool is OK but restricted hours during winter). The outdoor pool is tiny.

  9. Is the water expensive? Yes, but that is the price you pay to live out in the middle of what used to be giant, empty plains with no water lines. I personally think the rec fees are reasonable, they allow you access to all kinds of neat things. The office staff is super friendly, field guys as well. No complaints.

  10. We just moved to Woodmen Hills and have been waiting for our first bill. It’s been three months and apparently things weren’t done correctly at metro district and we were never billed in the first place. Very frustrating. …

  11. Water bill on the rise! Crazy pay over the phone fees! It seems like everything gets more expensive. The gym is always over crowded with loud, rude and I can even say judgmental people always stare like we are outsiders. I understand isi a …

  12. I lived in the neighborhood for four years. I am glad to be away from the Woodmen Hills Metro District. Their customer service was terrible and consistently rude. One employee was pleasant to work with when I prepared for deployment and …
