Very unprofessional staff. They need to go through customer service basics. Really, who hangs up on a patient when they cannot provide clear answers. At least you would think the Dr.’s wife who manages would be a little professional, but everyone is money hungry and do as they please.

Do not go here, they scam you here. Initially the fee was set and paid in full after the appointment, next month they send you a bill for no reason and explanation. Please do not deal with them and save yourself a day.

There are times when the front desk does not pick up calls and then are rude when they finally do. Also, during appointments, they have you waiting in the exam room for the doctor for 15-30 minutes.
Dr Umag Patel has been my doctor for 45 years. That says it all.
