Our orthopedic doctors will diagnose and treat a wide range of chronic disorders and acute injuries. We provide both surgical and non-surgical treatments of the knee, shoulder, hand and upper extremities, foot and ankle, and hip. Our team consists of six board-certified and highly trained orthopedic doctors. Our main orthopedic office is in Chesterfield, but we also have a satellite office in O’Fallon, and schedule surgery in Creve Coeur.

Dr. Spitzfaden is a very rude doctor. He doesn’t take time to talk to you if you are a new patient.
Dr. Spitzfaden and Joe the P.A. have really helped me with my knee problems, have been working with me to alleviate the problems and it is a relief to know that when I do have to have knee replacement they will be doing the procedure. The staff is also very friendly. Great place!
I’ve seen Dr. Lang several times for various hand and elbow issues. He explains what’s going on, in detail. He and his assistant are very professional and at the same time attentive and caring. I have already recommended him to others.
I have never visited this office. They sent me a bill for $169.54. Even I visited it, I have both Medicare and AAPR supplement insurance. I don’t know where this bill came from. I tried to call the number they provided several times, the phone did not ring and hang up. This is a fraud company.
