Completely unable to keep their appointments. Twice now I have waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen.
I like the my doctor and people behind the glass but I don’t think that having everybody go to lunch all at the same time and so late after a normal lunch time (until 2:30 PM) is the best way to support your patients who drop by or call for help. Perhaps split it 50-50 so that someone is always there to help a patient.

I don’t understand these older bad reviews. I went there with a serious retention problem and have been treated with nothing but professional and extremely competent care, from Dr Wollin, the attending staff and the support people. Highly recommend, if you can get an appointment.

The staff was extremely pleasant, and very helpful. Dr. Wollin is super caring, and very nice. Really helped me feel more comfortable, and had answers for all of my questions. All in all great office, and a very nice experience! I highly suggest going here if you need a good urological Doc.
