Worcester Urological Associates Reviews ( 12 )

  1. I like the my doctor and people behind the glass but I don’t think that having everybody go to lunch all at the same time and so late after a normal lunch time (until 2:30 PM) is the best way to support your patients who drop by or call for help. Perhaps split it 50-50 so that someone is always there to help a patient.

  2. I have a 12 year old son who I was referred to this office for. First of all the receptionist you greet when you first enter the office is hideous!!! These people have the absolute worst attitudes and I have been calling just trying to get …

  3. I don’t understand these older bad reviews. I went there with a serious retention problem and have been treated with nothing but professional and extremely competent care, from Dr Wollin, the attending staff and the support people. Highly recommend, if you can get an appointment.

  4. Staff unprofessional and rude. Doctors inept. Went for pain and blood in urine, was told “severe urethritis” due to aging no treatment possible no follow up just live with it. Immediately went to a new Urologist was told problem has nothing …

  5. The staff was extremely pleasant, and very helpful. Dr. Wollin is super caring, and very nice. Really helped me feel more comfortable, and had answers for all of my questions. All in all great office, and a very nice experience! I highly suggest going here if you need a good urological Doc.

  6. Only 1 because I can’t rate 0. This entire office is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. My boyfriend was refered here for kidney stones, and our experience for the past month has been a nightmare. The office is outdated and …

  7. My girlfriend went here for imaging for kidney stones and they gave her attitude for no reason while trying to set an appointment they said they would call her back the day she talked to them and we haven’t heard back in 2 business days. My …

  8. Dr. Wollin and staff are the most caring medical professionals I have encountered in 59 years. I had a terrible experience with a urologist (in Worcester) and was desperate to find one who listened and understood my needs. One call to …

  9. At this point it’s been 6 months since my procedure. I’ve received no form of communication since my procedure for any sort of information on the results or follow up. But they’ve had no problem sending me the bills 🙂

  10. 0 stars, Dr. Wollin was nice but the staff there is rude. make sure you’re in your network. My doctor referred me to Worcester Urological, an the staff at Worcester Urological insisted I was in the Network an not to worry about it. I even …

  11. I want to start this off by saying that not only am I NOT a patient here, I have never been to a urologist in my life!!! I received an absolutely rude voicemail from this office demanding money that needed to be paid immediately! When I …
