  1. Awesome financial institution! They caught suspicious activity on our account and stopped it before the money left our account! They even issued new cards & shipped them to us before we found out about it.

SAD, SAD, SAD. been a customer for over 25 years, told my loan was approved for my vehicle, told I had a really good rate, get to purchase my vehicle , nothing about my loan was available, and 4 different banks gave me a lower interest rate than the credit union I been loyal to. Again SAD, SAD, SAD!

  3. They charge ME $10 for when someone else’s check bounces!? Today I am DONE with Wright Patt Credit Union. This time next week I will not be a member there. Also they are unable to be contacted when traveling to foreign nations but that petty $10 fee is what put the nail in the coffin for me.

  8. You can get average and even good service at just about any bank. However, finding great service is hard to find; service where the associates actually seem to care about helping you. WP offered me great service from their Centerville branch. I will continue to bank with them
