I had a good experience seeing Dr. Stonehouse. He reviewed my history thoroughly and answered all of my questions.
Saw Dr Caracappa today. He was so thorough. He is kind and so knowledgable. l would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Docter. Staff is wonderful.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Stonehouse the same day I called, and he quickly diagnosed my problem. His nurse practitioner Megan was wonderful as well!
Office staff is friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Dr C is caring and compassionate and good at listening to my concerns . He is also very competent. I already recommend this practice to friends and colleagues because they are so superior .

Dr C & Dr Kim are first class all the way, but the front desk staff are brutally inconsiderate, rude, unaccommodating, and generally miserable.
I’ve been waiting two days for a call back to schedule an appointment. There’s no way to get in touch with a live person. Why don’t they just answer the phone??

I have been going to Dr. C and the PA’s for over 1 year and have always been treated great…. they call back for Rx’s, test results, etc and I have never had to wait for my appointment more than 5 minutes.
This offices cares more about billing than the patients. They also can’t be bothered to answer the phone – you have to leave a message and wait, sometimes days, for a call back.
This place is useless, they never pick up the phone and if you leave message it takes them days to call back . Waiting time during appointment its also radicules. First think that you will hear is there fee which is what they only care …
First visit to Dr Kim and I couldn’t be more pleased. Smooth flow with paperwork and Dr Kim saw me without any delay and took the time to explain everything to me. Bonus, the building is fantastic.
Horrible service. Their system is set up for their convenience, not the patient. They don’t even return calls for my 92 year old mother with fairly urgent problems. As someone else wrote, “I have had enough”. Switching doctors.
Dr. Paul and the crew at Wrightstown Family Medicine are great. He looks at the whole person and spends quality time with patients. I love it that he is a faith based individual and this offers a balance rarely found in most doctors I have encountered.

We’ve been going to this practice for the last 7 years (well-visits only) and each year we dislike the office more & more.
