  1. I pay $80 for what? To have all my internet speeds cut at lunch time despite my job depending on reliable speeds? To call and ask about fiber and hear it blamed on my landlord every time?   8. How many years are they going to say they are running fiber? Incredibly slow internet, even the platinum plus package. Cant play online gaming without horrible ping rates and constantly lagging out. The ladies in the office are nice. Only positive at all.

  9. Once the process began, it went smoothly. The techs were very knowledgable and efficient. Performance of the fiber has been everything I was hoping for.

  10. WTC staff was great to work with, they got my new fiber service up and running. We had one small hiccup at first but it was quickly fixed. We couldn’t be happier with the speed of our internet and streaming services.
