When you go in to the branch they are very friendly. Phone customer service is AWFUL. You stay on hold for the longest time and then get transferred to a “shared branch” who can not help you. Went in today to apply for a pan was told it would be 2 or 3 hours and I would get a response. 5 hours later and still waiting
