Bought a home that had sat vacant so gas was off. Filled out app. Paid the fee and they were no shows to turn it on on closing day and so far today the next day no shows after several phone calls. We will see if they actually show up. So far I’ve missed a half day of work because someone has to be here when they turn it on

Been a customer for over 16 years now in two places here in Thermopolis it’s always there to warm my house and heating my hot water.
