They scheduled a contact fitting for my child without having the contacts, called two days before appointment and cancelled because they didn’t have the contacts. They rescheduled for a week later, call the day before and again tell us they won’t have the contacts we should reschedule.

It’s been six weeks and still no glasses. Each person I talk to gives me a different excuse. Not recommended if you actually need glasses to see.
