Very caring and supportive staff, beginning with my interaction at the receptionist desk all the way through months of therapy. they always had my recovery as their primary goal. Services on 2/3/23: Everyone from patient registration to radiology were wonderful.
This was the best place, that I could have gone for therapy. I explained to my doctor that home health was not going to help me so he sent me WCCH for cardiac rehab therapy. Melissa Whisman was the most knowledgeable and easiest nurse to talk to. I will recommend this program to everyone that I know.

Everything was perfect. Everyone was so very caring and friendly in the womans center. My daughter had her baby and I was her support person. We just had our baby girl at Wythe Co Womens Center. We were kept very comfortable the whole time, the room was kept clean and the staff was incredible! Overall great experience with our second delivery at this hospital and would definitely be returning if we are blessed with more little babies.

Gave my father a blood transfusion and he became extremely sick. They REFUSED to report this reaction to the the red Cross and it’s stated in their contract that they must report it. Furthermore their attitude was that of someone who could care less.

The ER is terrible. I would not go here. I went to the ER twice for a constant fever while pregnant. The doctors tested for the same things twice, and I left without a diagnosis. Went to LewisGale ER in Pulaski and the doctor immediately said he would find a diagnosis and he DID! I would not recommend Wytheville ER.

I am so grateful for the MRI techs at WCCH. I had MRI today. Just as soon as the procedure started I panicked. Thomas was so kind and patient with me. He was very thorough of what and how long of each procedure. Thomas and Stacie are great examples of the core values of WCCH. Great job!

My mother in law was in ICU recently due to A FIB. She was well taken care of by the competent, friendly staff. We appreciate the fact that Dr. Villoch consulted with her regular cardiologist as changing treatments were needed. We are fortunate to have this hospital in our community.

My daughter had some outpatient tests done recently. Everyone we encountered from the moment we walked in was friendly and cared about her needs. Radiology took the time to explain to her what was being done and even gave her some treats when they were done. She received excellent care!

My Mom was in the ER Monday, 11/14. She had a fall and fractured her hip. The ER staff members were pleasant and helpful. She received great care, and they did well managing her pain.
