Worst credit card company ever! Good luck talking to someone who knows the policies of this credit card company. They charge for accounts with less than a $500 balance on accounts.

I chose Xceed for my HSA because their interest rate is the highest and they have no fees. (Also, they’re in the same association as the credit union I use for my checking account). After being a member of XFCU for 7 years, I’ve found their service to be overall superb.
Couldn’t be happier with the service I got from my Xceed Rep. in Roichester NY. I had 2 car loans, IRA CD, Consolidation Loan and Money Market all through them. Very Happy

Great customer service! Everyone at Xceed is very friendly and always willing to help. You don’t ever get the feeling like you are in a huge financial institution. Their “security” measures are unbelievable with regard to your credit / debit cards, always proactively watching for fraudulent transactions.
