Shady way of adding on late fees. Usage fees keeps increasing. Ridiculous. Going back to well water.

Great water. Customer service has been good. Late fees are so high they seem like they should be illegal. Questionable alliance with Wells Fargo–why would any reputable business partner with a company known for stealing from its customers? There are many other banks that can help process payments.
Extremely rude yelling at me when I asked if they would be digging in my yard. The call when I answered and said “hello” yelled “you gotta problem?”. They are digging in my land and I have photos. I was asking a simple question. I can see why they have 1.8 star reviews.
Worst rip off company for utilities. $78.89 for using no water for the month. ZERO GALLONS!! Every other city is less than $30 for using thousands of gallons.
This company needs to be investigated and sued. I use zero dollars and they still charge
almost 80.00 dollars and if it’s late there another good chunk added. 150.00 for zero water usage!! Horrible!
