  32. as far as deregulated utilities go, XOOM is decent enough. Customer service is great and they offer a bunch of silly ‘rewards dollars’ in the form of gift cards to common retailers. It’s a ridiculous business model, but they work out to be cheaper than most of the natural gas providers in atlanta.
