Terrible Internet service – VERY low speeds, techs don’t keep appts and dont know how to diagnose problems, they upsell you THEIR equipment, and you wait FIVE DAYS for a tech to show up late. INTERNET HELL!!!!!!
The billing is a sham I fell behind on bills. Called asked for a 2 day extension was told hope because I was not a customer for a year. Reall mediacom you could not give 2 days until payday.
Their customer service will lie up and down over and over. This is by far the worst customer service in this company out of anyone I have ever dealt with. They are legally scamming people out of money and allowed to do so. Please stay away from this company.
Just like any company Mediacom has it’s pro’s and con’s but overall my experience has been very good. When I had service issues it was fixed quickly and just about everyone I spoke with was super friendly.

Long time Mediacom customer. So long that I’d say than an occasional problem is to be expected. Overall, they out perform their competitors.
