Great service today we forgot to put our cans out and the guys came up the drive got the cans emptied them and put them back very friendly great service
Pretty much unexpected. Have to spam call until someone picks up. They are cheap and when things go right they do a fine job. Have had miscommunication about payments and their website doesn’t use https for payments so I don’t use that feature.

Have used x waste for over 20 years in marquette heights. In the last 3 years i have had over a dozen accounts of this company not emptying my cans when they are on the curb during regular service pickups. Ive recieved notices from my city telling me that I should request a newer service such as waste management.
