I’ve had only good experiences at Yakima Urology Associates! Have been treated with respect by everyone there, and after undergoing surgery by Dr. Gaskill I would recommend him to anyone!
Blonde front desk women is extremely rude, As the face of your company especially a place dealing with people who have cancer and older seniors etc she should have some compassion. I would highly recommend talking to the front desk lady’s it’s not ok to be rude under any circumstance.

Had an appointment at 9:10 at 9:25 still was not called back so I went up to ask what was going on. They called back to the back and they said it was going to another 30 to 40 minutes of a wait.
