  1. Called 4x since 9am and prescription still hasn’t been sent to pharmacy. It’s now 2:30pm and the nurse I spoke with on the phone said if the dr said she sent it, they go out to the pharmacy right away. Called my pharmacy and nope still nothing.. hopefully it comes today. Tired of the run around.

  2. Individual answering calls, which I’d assume is the receptionist, is not helpful and short. Would hardly allow you to get a word out before rushing you off the phone; absolutely no customer service skills. Yale, get it together, hire professionals.

  4. Nobody knows what’s going on and they are extremely slow in every sense of the word. I was trapped there for 6 hours waiting to see a podiatrist, just for them to say I need antibiotics. Never want to ever go here again.

  5. The staff kept yelling at us when I was a patient there, which is actually kind of horrible, considering every person there with me was there for a psychiatric purpose. Yelling at teenagers when you are a grown-up = not the best idea when a ton of the patients are there for depression, anxiety, anger issues, etc.
