If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t allow autopay and if you miss a bill they add a $300 service fee. Should be criminal, consider buying a generator.

Too many outages. At 2.5 hours for today’s outage and still no power. It would help if the company had explanations. Instead, no news and it is just frustrating. If you move to this area, I suggest considering purchasing a generator.
Some of the most frustrating services providers to deal with.Never are in offices and their call center is unable to help with most things. And when you do get staff they will be less than helpful and will act annoyed with you as a customer just for wanting to pay and give them you money.
