  1. Horrible connection, always is lagging or not working and even when it does work the speeds are awful. The customer service is amazing and they are very helpful but the connection is just not worth it.

  2. Outrageously priced slow internet. That is charging by how much you use and sets the limits so low it’s would pretty much be impossible not to go over. If you have any other options go with them.
