Its good customer service, but their website is absolutley not updating your payments. I recently update my payment ACH account and after almost a month they told me your payment was return and they charged me $30 i tried to waive it but they were not willing to help.
Mostly dealt with Ricardo H., he is a great guy and very helpful. If all agencies had staff as dedicated and helpful as him, this country would be a much better place.
