Fantastic in regards to educating young people about the financial process. Poor in terms of cd rates, but not as important as the great service to young people.
Worst bank ever, can’t cash a check, can’t pull out money, I’m closing my account because this is such a terrible bank. Immature tellers. Terrible customer serivce, belittling, judging. I wish I could rate this bank negative stars. Doesn’t even deserve one.
they say 1 1/2 business weeks but that’s the biggest cap it’s been over 2 weeks and no card tf man come on man. rude and rastist vice president named kelly payer😭🤦♀️ …
My experience was with the CEO/President of this organization. He was very rude over something quite trivial. If this is the leadership it would easily explain why there are other poor reviews describing the rude behavior of the other …
We have been members since kids were born! Referred by friends. Refer all my friends! Love the customization for kids, classes, and camps. Love the marketplace by kids and the outreach of financial education to the schools. Thank you!
The customer service was incredible. Paola, the banker, went above and beyond to help me navigate my issue with ease, during COVID 19. She was patient, respectful and timely. I am so thankful for the time she took to understand my dilemma and helped me understand my options. Thank you so much Paola.
Be careful or your account will be closed without you knowing. My daughter opened a savings account a few years ago and did what the banker told her to do…..didn’t touch the money for a few years, waiting for interest to build. She went …
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. As a teenager who has a job, I find it extremely disappointing that people almost twice my age are so rude, so incompetent, and downright unpleasurable to work with. My, and my younger brother’s …
This is the worst banking experience I could have imagined. Maybe it works for teaching your seven year old how a deposit slip works, however for any real banking, go anywhere else. This bank doesn’t process checks over the weekend or by …
Horrible Experience. As a working teenager, My card is frozen or declined for no absolute reason atleast twice a month. had the bank since July and there hasn’t been a full month where i haven’t had to call to fix my card. The costumer …
My children were in another State with family while I was traveling due to work! This bank blocked their cards claiming fraud because the cards were being used in a different state! Even under the allowed dollar amounts. I had to call every …
I just went to International Towne a week ago and it was not fun at all! I was put in Panama and we sold beach balls that could fit in your palm, now I know this doesn’t sound bad but when your next to Canada who sells food and Brazil that …
My kids had a wonderful experience. Taiwan was wonderful explaining the “rules” of the bank and the various options. He took a lot of time explaining everything and walking them through how count change, how to fill out their deposit books …
I wish I could give this zero stars…Beware of all of their fees. I opened my kids accounts years ago because I thought it was a great concept. Didn’t really give it much thought because it was a savings account. Now years later, I receive …
Generally i will continue to bank here but it is the most difficult bank it’s never open on weekends which is so wired since that’s one time kids in school can go, u have to go in person to cash a check (there are no online checking availability’s) on top of this the staff have been very condescending
this place is cool. the campus that they do for kids are cheap and educational. it’s really neat to see how engaged the kids are at running the little town
This bank is a complete joke and waste of people’s time. We enrolled our three children (two teenagers) here and all we learned was to stay as far away from this institution as possible. Run in the opposite direction, in fact. No leadership. Not sure what the volunteers and employees know, but it’s not banking.
*Archaic Banking* Unfortunately, Young Americans Bank is well behind the times. No quick nor easy way to transfer funds, staff ignores phone calls or hangs up on client calls when it is close to 5pm, no app for my child to review his …
Came here for a field trip today!! It was pretty fun we worked and had time off to go to the other country’s and get things only complaint is that we didn’t have much time to go to other countries
I went to Young Americans Bank as a volunteer for their AmeriTowne program which teaches financial education to students! I went with the 4th graders & the kids had such a blast having to do a ‘real job’ for a day at AmeriTowne! They came …

Best field trip EVER!!
No dungeons, I’m sincerely disappointed
Best part!! There is Young AmeriTowne HQ there!!
Great bank for kids mine loves it.
This place is a great way to teach young children how the real world works!
Great way for kids to learn about saving early. Highly recommend.
took about 8 months to get my account together. otherwise love it
I have been going here for years, and I’ve never had one problem.
This is the only bank in the world that gives kids almost full control of a bank account as if the kids were adults.
Fantastic in regards to educating young people about the financial process. Poor in terms of cd rates, but not as important as the great service to young people.
Just get your kids a savings account at a normal bank. Too many issues to list.
Young Americans Bank, Ameritown and International Town are all outstanding tools to teach your children financial literacy.
My son has had a account for nine years and he is now old enough to understand the importance of his savings account. We love this bank

I love this place and the concept. It’s a great way to introduce kids into the financial world and introduce them to credit early.
