Terrible no compassion or dignity
Efficient and effective team.
There needs to be another option to receive water in Ypsilanti. It’s a monopoly.
The bill department agent was great but when talking to the collection department about a policy agent was rude and do not know how to talk to customers.
They where fabulous. They came right away to loom at the issue. In one day dug up the yard and fixed the problem. Was not in easy job either. Nothing but sand and 18 ft deep was the pipe.
They filled in the hole and leveled it off again.
Office staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. I was able to walk and pay my water bill with no wait and no issues.
