I work there and cannot believe how much 3 doctors , allied health and support staff with a great office manager can giveto a community! Yuma is lucky to have such a group.
Telephone customer service is horrible. It rings forever, and then you are placed on perpetual hold. This is common when calling here. My confidence level is now down to a zero.
Short wait times. Happy with clinicians and staff. Everything is explained well and questions answered during appointments. Nice, new, and clean facilities.
Told them what was wrong, was sent by another dr. Didn’t listen ! Went to phoenix, they listened and fixed the problem. They don’t even try ! Will never go back to yuma gastro!
