  13. Been using them almost a year now and no complaints so far. Automatic bill pay helps and we plan for holidays if pickup lands on one. As long as trash is in bags and bags are in the can everything goes like clockwork. Will come back in another year and bump to five stars if service continues to be this good.

  15. I have used Zella’s for years. They have excellent customer service, the pickup is always on time, and they leave the cans appropriately when they have emptied them. I highly recommend Zella’s–you won’t find better service in our area.

  16. Cheapest pickup in town. I love the ability to have my bill automatically withdrawn. I recommend them to everyone in my area! The only caution is holidays. Our pickup is Thursday so we miss one pickup on Thanksgiving. We try to plan ahead, but they are generous and take our extra trash the next week.
