I just walked outside to let my dogs out and I am greeted with a pile of trash surrounding my trash can that it’s on the edge of the street I’m not impressed with them is like the fifth time they have done this
We’ve been using them for a couple of years now and they are awesome. They know how to communicate with their customers, keep their rates low and know their business!
They don’t answer the phone when you call to pay them…..its like they think all we have to do in life is keep calling until they feel like answering…they don’t always pick-up the trash…..sometimes they only pick up one trash can…..other times they just drive by and don’t pick it up at all
Came home from a day of work and saw my trash and my neighbors trash was still full, but everyone around us was emptied. Also called to ask why it was not emptied and they did not awnser even though it was durning normal business hours.
A pickup with their logo and branding on it was going down the highway just shedding trash from the bed. The license plate number was 002 YTI. I am quite lucky that the plate that hit my windshield did not stick to it.
Did not pick up my trash in December. Still charged me for January, February, and more than likely this month as well. Instead of trying to be civil they decided to throw bags of trash accross my driveway. Sad thing is I agreed to pay them …

Been using them almost a year now and no complaints so far. Automatic bill pay helps and we plan for holidays if pickup lands on one. As long as trash is in bags and bags are in the can everything goes like clockwork. Will come back in another year and bump to five stars if service continues to be this good.
I have had this service for years! I love the ladies in the office. The quick response when needed is wonderful. They treat you like family! The men that pick up my trash are so sweet and nice to me. Thank you Zella’s for all you do!!!

Cheapest pickup in town. I love the ability to have my bill automatically withdrawn. I recommend them to everyone in my area! The only caution is holidays. Our pickup is Thursday so we miss one pickup on Thanksgiving. We try to plan ahead, but they are generous and take our extra trash the next week.

This service will not refund your deposits customer service told me she keeps all deposits and never refunds them. It will be my pleasure to report them to the better business bureau along with the Attorney General and I plan on suing them as well.

Don’t mind the negative reviews. We haven’t had any issues at all and when we did once because of our housing miscommunication error. They picked up the phone on the first call and helped us out. Don’t know what the fuss is
Truly embraces what it means to be a TRASH company. They argue with everyone, nothing is ever their fault, and the only thing you can count on is for them to do a GARBAGE job. We are always having trash left in our can! Why do we pay for a service when they don’t do their part and pick it up!

The truck that drives down Buck Glade rd in Beebe also drives to fast. So I dont understand the gps deal. But he is driving well over speed limit.
