  9. They put in a tower in my area and I quickly signed up as the other provider in this area doesn’t meet my needs. I have the medium $65 plan (3-6Mbps) and it works great. Watching House of Cards second season streaming from Netflix with no buffering. Wife watching whole series of Breaking Bad. No hesitation. Love it.

  12. We live in the foothills near Placerville. We had Hughes for several years (incredibly slow internet.) Switching to Zeta was one of the best things we’ve done. Service has only gone down a couple of times, and they were prompt to get it back up and running. Internet speed is very good.

  13. The network is OK. However only package available is the 10mbps package. For a family of 5 this is not enough. When we first moved in they promised the towers would be upgraded by the end of the month. It has now been 6 months and no other packages are available. If they provided more options I would increase my rating.

  14. I have used Zeta Broadband for 20 years. They have always fixed any problem I had. The technical group has even been to my house in order to get the signal right. Good communication & good customer service. Sometimes network is slow or mail is slow to populate with buffering lasting to long.
