The previous reviewer must have caught the Zippy receptionist on a bad day. I have had nothing but pleasant and helpful service whenever I call with a real personal touch!
They have been pretty good for almost 20 years. The receprionist however is not easy to talk too and appears to like conflict. Also several neighbors agree with us that the drivers are somewhat reckless with there speeding using garbage trucks.

We have been customers for 10+ years and on-site service has always been very good. It’s the personal service (phone and in-office) that is severely lacking. In the few rare occasions when communication is necessary, it is always been met with rudeness. Unfortunately, I think it it is much more than just one bad day.
These folks are great. I’ve never met Julie in person but I feel like she’s my chum. Whenever I need to call, she knows exactly who I am and greets me warmly. I’ve called with frozen locks, needing extra pick ups, whatever – I always feel like I have a friend on the other end of the line who is willing to help.
Service is actually pretty decent. Outside of a couple incidences that were outside our control, I feel they have been accommodating, prompt, and reliable. The receptionist is not customer friendly however. She is short, seems irritated …
