About the CEO

Jennifer Lawrence is passionate about helping people of all ages, from diverse backgrounds through offering encouragement and support as they pursue their goals. Jennifer has over twenty years of experience supporting individuals in educational and community settings through program leadership, training, and research.

Jennifer has served in a variety of settings, including educational institutions and a residential treatment facility. Jennifer has also worked alongside others in community programming to develop mentoring, scholarship, and personal enrichment programs.

In 2017, Jennifer had a vision to cast a wider net through providing accessible mental health counseling and prevention services to the community. In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic further highlighted the need for accessible education and training covering mental health concerns throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. With Jennifer’s background and interest in working with students, educators, and counselors, Jennifer has continued to find ways to connect to meet these needs so that we can thrive and transcend the known possibilities.
